Vegan Options at Taco Time
Their new vegan burritos are available in three different flavors: spicy, mild, or extra mild. They also have a vegan quesadilla that comes with pico de gallo on top of it as well! If you’re looking for something a little bit lighter but still want to get your protein fix, they offer a vegan tostada made with black beans and soy crumbles.
The vegan options are an excellent addition to the Taco Time menu! They do not come at an additional cost either which is always nice 😉 We’ve had tacos from here before that were pretty good but didn’t have any meat or cheese in them because we were trying to watch our cholesterol levels.
Taco Time is one of the few places in town that offers vegan options! They are also a great place to get lunch or dinner if you’re looking for something quick and easy but still tasty. The staff there was friendly, which helped make our experience more enjoyable as well 🙂 We’ve eaten at a lot of Mexican places in town, and Taco Time is definitely up there as one of our favorites.
So What are my Options?
Taco Time is proud to be the first fast-food Mexican chain in America to offer vegan options. All the dishes below can now be made without meat, cheese or sour cream and you don’t have to worry about cross contamination with non-vegan foods because our food is prepared using separate cooking utensils on a dedicated grill.
– Crisp Burritos (all flavors)
– Soft Burritos (all flavors)
– Nachos Supremes (no sour cream or cheese; just order it vegetarian and tell the cashier to make it vegan)
– Quesadillas (order without cheese or sour cream, but keep the sauce)
– Tacos (just order them vegan – no meat, cheese or sour cream needed!)
We hope you’ll enjoy our delicious new vegan options!

From the Crisp Burrito to the Tacos, all of Taco Time’s vegan options are wrapped in a soft tortilla. The best part is that you can order any of their vegetarian dishes vegan-style by skipping the cheese and sour cream. You might have to ask for no cheese on your burritos or quesadillas but you can still enjoy their tacos without any modifications.
The menu at Taco Time isn’t exactly vegan-friendly but they do offer a few options that can be made suitable for people who follow plant-based diets. You might have to ask what ingredients are in certain items or make substitutions (like ordering without cheese) before you order. It’s also important to note that their food may contain traces of dairy or meat so be careful if you have any allergies.
