- Roasted Veggie Salad: Freshly roasted beets, butternut squash, carrots, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes and Brussels sprouts with baby kale and arugula. Served with lemon vinaigrette.
- The Mediterranean Salad: This is one of my favorites! It’s so fresh and has a great mix of flavors. The salad includes romaine lettuce, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese and red onions tossed in a lemon herb vinaigrette.
- Dakota Smashed Pea & Barley Soup: This soup is hearty and filling, and it has a great smoky flavor.
