If you’re looking for something a little more filling then I would definitely recommend getting the Spicy Korean BBQ Bowl or one of their salads.

Let’s dive right in. First off, Pei Wei has an allergen menu you can request from the staff that lists allergens for every item on their menu. The allergen menu I was given listed that none of their items contained eggs or milk, which is great news for Vegans! However, always be sure to double check with your server just in case.

Now let’s get into the good stuff! The Vegan options at Pei Wei are: their Kung Pao Tofu, Orange Peel Chicken (without chicken), and Garlic Noodles. All of which can be made without oil upon request. The Kung Pao Tofu was my favorite, it came with a delicious sauce and had great flavor. The Orange Peel Chicken lacked chicken but still tasted good. And the Garlic Noodles were just okay in my opinion.

Overall, I’d say that Pei Wei has some decent Vegan options for those looking to dine out. Just be sure to double check with your server about any ingredients that may not be Vegan-friendly.
